Teebaud rug pads are reversible non-skid rug underlays; they can be used on wall-to-wall carpeting or on smooth flooring surfaces. They are lightweight and free of rubber and vinyl. They are safe on any flooring and available in a wide variety of sizes. Richard Parks stocks most standard sizes.
